Benjamin Vande Casteele has developed extensive expertise in general contract law, commercial law, corporate law, and private banking law. This enables him, among other things, to assist entrepreneurs and businesses with their day-to-day legal obligations, provide them with specific legal advice, and represent them in legal proceedings.
In particular, Benjamin has developed in-depth expertise in insolvency law. He is regularly appointed by the Commercial Court as a receiver or liquidator for companies.
In 2004, Benjamin earned a degree in business administration, finance, and insurance from the Karel de Grote Hogeschool, and in 2009, he earned a law degree from Ghent University. That same year, he began his professional career as an attorney.
In addition, he completed a number of supplementary courses, including:
- An in-depth crash course on the Companies and Associations Code at the Brussels School of Taxation
- Basic accounting for lawyers at the Brussels School of Taxation
- An interuniversity training program for receivers and liquidators
