Education and Experience
Flora graduated in 2005 with a Master of Laws degree (Ghent University). In addition, she earned a supplementary Master’s degree in environmental law from Ghent University in 2006. She has been admitted to the bar (Antwerp and Oudenaarde) since 2006.
